TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Deposit & Final Payment

   A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, based on the estimated number of guests attending the function. The remaining 50% balance must be paid one week before the event, along with final confirmation of the guest count.

2. Changes to Guest Count & Booking

   Any changes to the booking, menu, or guest count must be made at least one week before the function and before the final payment is due. Changes made after this time may result in additional charges.

3. Freshly Prepared Food

   Most menu items are prepared fresh on the day of the function. Certain items, including desserts, may be prepared in advance.

4. Children's Pricing

   Children 6 years and older are charged at the standard per-person rate.

5. Bands & Additional Guests

   If a band, entertainer, photographer, vendor, or any other additional person will be attending as part of the function, they must be included in the final guest count and charged at the applicable per-person rate.

6. Takeaway Food & Food Safety

   Takeaway food for the host or guests is provided at the sole discretion of Butt Karahi and will be determined on the day of the event, primarily for health and food-safety reasons. Any food taken away is consumed at the customer's own risk. Butt Karahi assumes no responsibility or liability for illness or other issues arising from the consumption or storage of takeaway food after the function.

7. Guest Count Verification

   Butt Karahi reserves the right to discreetly verify the number of guests attending during the function. If the actual number of guests exceeds the confirmed guest count, the additional amount will be due at the event.
